1.1 This practice covers the application of emulsified refined coal tar slurry meeting the requirements of Specification D6945/D6945M Types I and II, by mechanized equipment as a weather protection and petroleum (aliphatic) solvent resistant sealer for use on bituminous concrete pavements.
