Describes a method of obtaining and analysing data on occupant comfort in the workplace, and shows how occupant feedback can contribute positively to successful indoor air quality (IAQ) testing. Presents some examples of data interpretation and development of recommendations. Concludes that good relations between building managers and occupants are necessary for solving IAQ problems.
