The 2001 ASHRAE Handbook – Fundamentals (Chapter 29 on Non-residential Cooling and Heating Load Calculations), includes a new cooling load calculation methodology called the Radiant Time Series (RTS) method. RTS is a cooling load calculation procedure intended to replace three other calculation methods published in previous Handbooks.
