Nano-fluids and micro-systems research are at the edge of thermal/fluid sciences, and there are still many unknowns that need to be investigated. This seminar reviews some of the new studies in this area with the possible applications in HVAC&R industry. This topic is critical to current and future ASHRAE research, and is along the 2010-2015 strategic plans. Such popular seminars had presented to the ASHRAE community in the past with successful results, and it was rated as one of the best by the audience.
