The goal of the project is to 1) collect and organize data from available literature and active projects pertinent to the outdoor air economizer cycle and its effect on the overall efficiency in heat recovery HVAC systems, 2) identify those building design conditions, if any, for which the economizer cycle may not be applicable, and 3) define recommended design guidelines.
