Return & Refund Policy

1. Security-Based Non-Returnable Items
Due to the sensitive security nature of hardware wallets, we maintain a strict policy on returns. We **cannot accept returns or issue refunds for any product that has been opened or where the factory seal has been broken**.
2. Eligible Returns (Sealed Items)
A product is only eligible for return or refund if:
- The package is **unopened, factory-sealed, and undamaged**.
- The product is defective upon arrival (DOA).
- The wrong item was shipped due to our error.
Eligible returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt.
3. Refund Processing
Refunds for eligible returns are processed to the original payment method within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.
