The first printing is identified on the outside back cover of the standard as “Product Code:86269 4/11” and the second printing is identified as “Product Code: 86269 8/11 Errata noted inthe list dated 07/20/2011 have been corrected.”
In the document, shaded item has been added since the previously published errata sheet dated April 2, 2012 was distributed. Highlighted items apply only to the first printing and have already been incorporated into the second printing (included in 7/20/2011errata).
