BACnet centralized control over building systems at the University of Minnesota. This article shows how the university is achieving its energy-savings goals by detecting and adjusting ventilation based on occupancy, resetting chilled water temperature based on cooling demand, and control of pressure in ducts through variable-air-volume damper positions.
