Almost all rubble foundations are leaky and damp. Fortunately, there is a fix, and no, it isn’t by ignoring it. With a little ingenuity, some lifting and lots of polyurethane foam, the author turned his leaky, damp and smelly house into a place he’s happy to call home. And, it saves energy, too.
