Ceiling panel radiant cooling has been refined and used successfully in Europe for more than 15 years. Global consulting firms, and their European engineers, have been frustrated when presenting the option of panel cooling to U.S. engineers, architects, contractors and owners. The three most common reasons in the United States for dismissing panel cooling are condensation, capacity, and first cost.
