For an industrial complex consisting of more than 200 buildings with a total area or approximately 300 000 m2, a study was undertaken to determine the optimal system to provide energy for the HVAC systems. The outside air and inside air design parameters were based on technology and comfort requirements. The optimal solution was determined using the total lifecost approach.
