Whilst the application of housing stock energy models hasallowed us to rigorously model both energy use and indoorcomfort, their usability is still being questioned bytheir restricted, or even null, ability to represent the impactsof trade-offs that households make between energybills, indoor comfort and health, as well as changes on thecomposition of houses and householders over a numberof years. This work describes a complement to EnHub, aplatform that dynamically simulates the energy demandsand carbon emissions of the English housing stock, bydeploying scenarios that reflect multiple c hanges i n the(future) composition of it. The aim here is to highlightthe potential for improvement of the housing stock energyperformance, and to improve the evidence base of futurehousing decarbonisation policy.
