Two case studies show that minimal IAQ and energy impact exists for exhaust air transfer ratios (EATR) within ASHRAE requirements, making it essential to study the effects of EATR in comfort HVAC applications to avoid unnecessarily low EATR designs that drive up equipment and operational requirements.
