Andy digs deep into thermodynamics to arrive at the conceptof entropy; defined as a measure of the way in which energy is distributed at agiven temperature level. He says this is absolutely not an intuitive concept, and it is remarkable that the great thinkers of the 19th century were able toformalize the idea without a clear vision of what was happening at the atomiclevel.
