Many ASHRAE members are working to become leaders in their workplace, volunteer organizations and personal lives. This seminar focuses on strategies and tactics, utilizing Emotional Intelligence (EQ) skills to develop leaders. The four EQ skills will be discussed, self-awareness, self-management, social awareness and relationship management.
