This seminar presents the description of 11 years of multidisciplineteamwork to produce a major building with complex systems and operationat below-targeted energy conditions. The building is a multistoryfacility for Federal Courts and related office functions. The overallprocess was led by GSA of Region 6. The scope for the project incorporatesenhanced requirements for project performance. Final buildingoccupancy was in late 2012 and energy use data is reviewed along withinformation on contribution from the roof-mounted PV system as part ofthe presentations. The HVAC system utilizes a water-side-based integratedeconomizer.
