An HVAC systems assessment was required and completed on a science building just 13 years old. Using ASHRAE Level III Auditing combined with a new field test method that scores the installed HVAC system performance, a surgical approach to improving building efficiency was created. This data was then used to diagnose the systems and create a scope of work for the project enabling confident decision making and the realization of energy savings by facility managers.
