A major overhaul at one of Boeing’s office buildings in Kent, Wash., included mechanical upgrades that optimized the 50-year-old building’s heating and cooling processes. The changes resulted in substantial energy savings, giving Boeing a more reliable, easy-to-maintain building. In addition, the building has been certified LEED Gold by the U.S. Green Building Council.
