Warranty and Authenticity

Is this product authentic?

Yes. We are an **Authorized Reseller** of Ledger products. Every device ships in its original factory-sealed packaging directly from our secure warehouse.

What is the warranty period?

The Ledger Nano X comes with a **2-year manufacturer's warranty** provided by Ledger itself. If the device fails due to a manufacturing defect after our 14-day return period, please contact Ledger support directly for replacement under warranty.

Usage and Setup

What if I lose my device?

Your funds are protected by your 24-word recovery phrase. As long as you keep your phrase secure and offline, you can restore your access to your assets on any new hardware wallet (Ledger or other BIP39-compatible wallets).

How do I set up the wallet?

We provide optional setup assistance (paid service). Otherwise, you can follow the official instructions provided by Ledger or utilize the Ledger Live application for guided setup.
